Design and Construction Supervision (DSC) is both Planning and Supervision Consultant. At the design phase, the obligation is to create Bidding Documents such as Detailed Engineering Design (DED), Compiling Engineers Estimate (EE) and Proposing Technical Specifications and create other documents such as Safeguards which consists Environmental and Gender Action Plan (GAP), etc. Next, at the supervision phase, the obligation is to supervise the construction so the work can be done properly with efficient time. Besides that, to ensure the construction goals can be achieved by implementing the “Build Back Better” motto such as Maximum Design for Earthquake, Using green, safe, and lightweight materials, High standard structure, Increase emergency wayfinding, Helipad facilities for Emergency Response, and Smart Airport to ease the user.
